Grief Disco is a different kind of space for anyone living with loss - a chance to come together, remember the people we love and experience moments of connection and joy alongside grief.

Hosted by Jersey Hospice Care's Community Bereavement Team, the afternoon offers a warm, welcoming and uplifting environment where you can move, reflect, connect with others or simply be present. There's no pressure and no right or wrong way to take part.
