Rules & Etiquette

To keep the House feeling exactly as it should, we ask all members to follow a few simple principles.

Be considerate

Of the space, the team and each other. This is a shared professional environment and what you put in, the whole community gets back.

Use the right spaces

Take calls in booths. Keep shared workspaces calm and free from distraction. Loud conversations, video calls on speaker and disruptive noise belong in private spaces.

Respect privacy

This is a professional environment. Conversations, yours and others, should remain just that. The same applies to any work you might see on screens around you.

Guests

Visitors are welcome. Studio members may bring guests into the networking space; House members have extended guest access. Please always accompany your guests and sign them in with the House team on arrival. Your guests are your responsibility.

Look after the House

Leave spaces as you would expect to find them, tidy, reset and ready for the next person. This includes meeting rooms, the kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Keep things moving

Be mindful of shared areas during busy periods. If a space is occupied, check with the House team about alternatives.

Smoking & Vaping

There is no smoking or vaping inside the House. St Andrews Court operates a strict no smoking and no vaping policy throughout the courtyard. If you need to smoke or vape, please head outside the courtyard to do so.

Bins & Recycling

Please use the bins and recycling provided throughout the House. If you are unsure which bin to use, the House team are happy to help. Small things make a big difference.

Membership is personal

Your membership access is for you. Studio shared memberships are the exception and are structured as such: shared members may not occupy the workspace simultaneously.
