Guest Policy
House of Champions · 3 St Andrews Place, Charing Cross, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RP
Our house is your house, and we're delighted when our members bring others into it. A great guest experience is part of what makes the House feel alive, and it's something we take seriously. This policy sets out how guests are welcomed, what we ask of them, and what we ask of the members who bring them.
It sits alongside our Membership Terms and Conditions and our House Rules. Where this policy summarises something covered in those documents, the Terms and the House Rules take precedence.
Bringing a guest
Members are welcome to bring guests into the House in line with their membership tier. The number of guests included each month, and any additional booking allowances, are set out in your Tier Schedule.
A few principles apply across every tier:
- Book your guest in advance. Guest access is granted through our current Guest Access Method (we'll let you know if this changes). Please request access ahead of your guest's arrival rather than on the door.
- Stay with your guest. Guests should not be left unaccompanied in the House without prior agreement from the team.
- You are responsible for your guest. By signing them in, you accept responsibility for their conduct, their compliance with our House Rules, and anything they consume from the Honesty Bar.
If you'd like to host a larger group, a meeting, or an event, please speak to the team. We'll help you find the right space.
Visitors without a member sponsor
Anyone who isn't sponsored by a member can join us on a day pass for £70, subject to desk availability. Day passes include workspace access, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, and use of the communal facilities.
To book a day pass, email hello@ourhouseofchampions.com or visit the website.
What guests can enjoy
While they're with you, your guest can use:
- The communal workspace areas you have access to under your tier
- Wi-Fi
- Tea, coffee and water
- Bathroom and shower facilities
- Meeting rooms you've booked, as part of your session
Items from the Honesty Bar can be enjoyed by guests and will be charged to the hosting member's account.
What we ask of guests
The House works because everyone in it cares about the standard. We ask guests, like members, to:
- Respect the focus and energy of others working around them
- Take phone calls and video calls in the phone booths or designated spaces
- Use the kitchen and communal areas with care, leaving them as they'd like to find them
- Log any Honesty Bar items consumed
- Smoke or vape only outside the courtyard, never inside the House or within St Andrews Court
Our full House Rules are available on the members' portal and on request.
Under-18s
Under-18s are not permitted in the House without prior written approval from the team. If you'd like to bring a young person in for a specific reason, please get in touch ahead of time so we can talk it through.
Alcohol must not be served to anyone under the age of 18, whether from the Honesty Bar or otherwise. Members are responsible for ensuring this on behalf of any guest they bring.
Photography and filming
Photography and filming for personal use are welcome in the House. We ask that members and guests obtain the consent of anyone they capture in their photos or videos, and that they're mindful of others working around them.
Commercial photography or filming, anything intended for branded, paid or published use, requires prior written agreement with the team. Please get in touch before the shoot.
Personal belongings
Members and guests bring personal property into the House at their own risk. We're not able to accept liability for items lost, damaged or left behind, so please look after your things and take everything with you when you leave.
When access may be paused
For everyone's comfort and safety, we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave, or to suspend or end a member's hosting privileges, where conduct falls short of our House Rules. Where serious or repeated breaches occur, this may also affect a member's standing under the Membership Terms and Conditions.
