Menopause After Hours
Hosted by House of Champions xVitality40plus
What if we could talk about menopause without the awkwardness, embarrassment or feeling that we’re somehow supposed to just get on with it?
Menopause After Hours is a lively, honest and unfiltered evening about the symptoms, questions and experiences that women are often too embarrassed to talk about.
From brain fog, exhaustion and rage to libido, dryness, relationships and everything in between, this is a chance to ask the questions you might not feel comfortable asking elsewhere, hear practical advice from people who know their stuff, and realise you’re definitely not the only one thinking it.
And because no one wants another evening ofsitting quietly while someone talks at you, this is an interactive conversation. There’ll be anonymous question cards throughout the evening, plus an anonymous Sli.do where you can ask the experts whatever is on your mind.
Why come?
· Get honest answers to the menopause questions you’ve been too afraid to ask
· Cut through myths and misinformation
· Share experiences, have a laugh and realise you’re far from alone
· Leave with practical advice you can actually use
