26th Evening

Not yet had your Summer Holiday? Ready to reset, recharge and bring holiday relaxation to your Wednesdays?

House of Champions will allow you to connect yourself. Inviting you back into your body, into breath, and into quiet.

Wellness Wednesdays – August edition!

Through breath work and mindful movement these three Wednesday sessions will awaken energy, calm the nervous system and create space for deep rest, clarity and renewal.

Evening Yin Yoga and & Yoga Nidra: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

As the day draws to a close, this gentle combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra helps release physical tension, quieten the mind, and prepare the body for a restful night’s sleep. The perfect antidote to a busy day.

Book your place today and discover the power of breath, movement, and deep rest. The answers you seek are not somewhere out there; they are already within you. Sometimes we simply need to become still enough to hear them.

The sessions are led by Carla Yoga, whose teaching blends more than 20 years of personal practice with training in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Integrative Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Tantra.

Initiated into the lineage of Gurudev Amrit Desai, Carla’s approach moves beyond physical postures, encouraging students to reconnect with their own inner wisdom through awareness, breath, and deep relaxation.

Her classes are welcoming, nurturing, and suitable for everyone, whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or returning to your practice after many years.

Venue: House of Champions

Date: 26th August

Class Ticket Price: £15 per session

Spaces limited to just 9 people to create a calm, intimate, and supportive experience. Suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners.

For the evening sessions, wear light, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe with ease. Loose-fitting clothing is recommended as it encourages freedom of movement and helps the body relax more fully during Yoga Nidra. Leggings are absolutely fine if that’s what you feel most comfortable wearing.

For Yoga Nidra, it’s a good idea to bring a blanket, cushion, and eye mask as the body naturally cools during deep relaxation. Warm socks or an extra layer is also recommended.

Yoga mats are provided, although you’re very welcome to bring your own.
